A PhD candidate at UNC has been named to the 30 Under 30 in Healthcare by Forbes.
Mugdha Gokhale is a 29-year-old drug safety researcher at UNC. Forbes touts Gokhale’s work looking at large health databases to determine how safe medicines are outside of clinical trials.
Gokhale also holds a bachelor’s degree in Indian classical music, according to the post.
