University Place is scheduled to host a job fair Wednesday being put on by the Orange County Department of Social Services.

Officials say more than 75 employers will be participating in the job fair.

The event is billed as a chance for employers to meet potential employees with a variety of skill sets.

The Mobile Vet Center is scheduled to be on site for the event to meet with veterans seeking employment. The center’s representatives will work to help veterans identify jobs targeted specifically for them.

The job fair is scheduled to run from 10 o’clock Wednesday morning until two o’clock in the afternoon at University Place.
