The man who shot and killed his wife outside Mary Scroggs Elementary School in May 2012 has pleaded guilty to second-degree murder.
Ali Cherfaoui was originally charged with first-degree murder in the killing of Chahnaz Kebaier. ABC11 reports that as part of his plea deal, he’ll be sentenced to 30-42 years in prison.
Chahnaz Kebaier was 40 years old.
