Director of the Orange County Arts Commission Katie Murray joins 97.9 The Hill’s Brighton McConnell on Monday, October 2. She shares details of this year’s upcoming Paint it Orange Plein Air Paint-Out & Wet Paint Sale, which will begin on Wednesday. Murray shares what makes plein air art special and why community members not participating may be interested in checking out (and buying!) the final products. Plus, Murray details a new addition to this year’s event: a youth competition with a special prize!
