Germany’s Special Envoy and State Secretary for International Climate Action Jennifer Morgan spoke with 97.9 The Hill’s Andrew Stuckey on Monday, April 15. She discussed potential opportunities for collaboration on climate issues between the nation of Germany and U.S. States in the southeast.
