Chapel Hill Mayor Jess Anderson spoke with 97.9 The Hill’s Andrew Stuckey on Thursday, August 22. She discussed the opening of the Rosemary Parking Deck coming up early next week. She also talked about back to school in the community, including some of the challenges faced by Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools this summer and continuing into this year.
