Chapel Hill Mayor Pam Hemminger spoke with 97.9 The Hill’s Andrew Stuckey on Thursday, July 20th. She discussed her decision to not run for a fifth term as Mayor of Chapel Hill. She also discussed a special meeting of the town council coming up on Monday where they plan to approve the hiring of a new town manager.
