Hillsborough Mayor Mark Bell joined 97.9 The Hill’s Andrew Stuckey on Tuesday, January 23. He discussed a sustainability update the town board of commissioners received at their Monday meeting, and what that means for the town’s sustainability plan going forward. He also discussed the budget process, as town elected officials have an upcoming budget retreat after beginning work on the budget last year. He also previewed Tuesday night’s Assembly of Governments meeting that will include the entire Hillsborough board of commissioners along with most other Orange County elected officials, and more.
