Chapel Hill Mayor Pam Hemminger spoke with 97.9 The Hill’s Andrew Stuckey on Thursday, July 27th. She discussed a ribbon cutting at the newly opened Elliot Road Extension in the Blue Hill District. She also gave an update on the ongoing Estes Road project as well. She also discussed a Wednesday meeting between town leaders and owners of the West Franklin businesses affected by last weekend’s fire. Also included is a discussion of the Uproar Arts Festival.
