Chapel Hill Mayor Pam Hemminger spoke with 97.9 The Hill’s Andrew Stuckey on Thursday, April 27th. She discussed highlights from Wednesday night’s town council meeting. That includes discussion and voting to proceed on a 7 story apartment building at the corner of Rosemary and Columbia Streets. We also hear an update on UNC Health’s plans for redevelopment at Eastowne, and she reflects on her time working with Hillsborough Mayor Jenn Weaver, who recently announced that she is not running for reelection.
