Carrboro Mayor Pro Temp Susan Romaine speaks with 97.9 The Hill’s Brighton McConnell on Friday, May 19. She discusses two measures that the Carrboro Town Council discussed earlier in the week — the first being a resolution passed affirming the local government’s commitment to reproductive health and abortion access. Additionally, the town council discussed options for evolving their parking requirements for future development as the town tries to move away from car-dependent infrastructure. Plus: Romaine shares details on repaving slated for Merritt Mill Road.
