Chatham County Commissioner Karen Howard spoke with 97.9 The Hill’s Andrew Stuckey on Tuesday, May 7. She discussed the recent work session and regular meeting of the Chatham County Commissioners as they get closer to a final budget.  This week the commissioners heard the proposes budget from the county manager, which includes a proposed four cent property tax increase. She also discussed the results of a recent survey that shows Chatham County residents are very happy living in Chatham County. She also discussed community events and more.
