Chair of the Chatham County Commissioners Amanda Robertson spoke with 97.9 The Hill's Andrew Stuckey. She discussed the county budget recommendation, which does not include a tax increase. They also held a public hearing on the proposed Fearrington Preserve, a mixed-use development off Andrews Store Road north of Pittsboro that would include 630 for-sale residential units, and more.
