UNC Kappa Delta Shamrock 5K 2026

The Shamrock N’ Run 5k is in its 32nd year. The event will take place on March 28th at 7:30 AM, beginning outside of the KD house at 219 East Franklin Street.

All our proceeds go towards the prevention of child abuse, both locally and nationally. We have partnered with the Durham Center for Child and Family Health, and they receive 80% of our proceeds! The other portion goes to our national philanthropy, Prevent Child Abuse America. Last year, we raised over $90,000, and this year we are trying to make even more of an impact.
