April 10 Friday 2-5:30 (Friends Members Only)

April 11 Saturday 10-5 (Public)

April 12 Sunday 10-3 (Bag Sale)

The Friends of the Chapel Hill Library Big Book Sale has thousands of great books and puzzles for all ages at bargain prices. It’s never too early to start thinking about Mother’s Day, graduation and summer reading!

Friday is for Friends members only. If you’re not a member, you can join or renew now or at the door and shop for book bargains before the sale opens to the public.

To promote a safe environment in the busy Library lobby and facilitate a positive shopping experience for everyone, customers are expected to comply with Guidelines for Book Dealers and Other Large Order Customers, including a limit on the number of containers that can be stored in the lobby and purchased on any one visit (although multiple visits are welcome).
