Day at the Ballpark

• Family Activities: Carolina Softball meet-and-greet, Touch-a-Truck, face painting, and kids running the bases
• The Game: At 1:00 PM, the Chapel Hill Fire-Rescue team will take on Carrboro Fire-Rescue in a friendly charity softball game, with both teams coached by members of the UNC Softball Team
• Transportation: UNC Transportation will provide a van to pick up families from the House, bring them to Anderson Stadium, and return them to the House when they are ready to leave
• They are working on having food trucks available; if that does not come together, the concession stand will be open
• Rameses will be making an appearance, and they are also exploring the possibility of showing the UNC football season opener on the scoreboard during the event

Admission is free, but we encourage attendees to bring items from our Wish List to help support the families staying at the House.
