Chapel Hill Mayor Pam Hemminger spoke with 97.9 The Hill’s Andrew Stuckey on Friday, May 26th.  She discussed the latest on the town’s proposed budget, which includes an almost 10% increase in the town’s property tax rate. She also gave an update on meeting with some county departments, including the decision to eliminate the county’s pet registration fee.
