Help these ten local nonprofit organizations in our community spread the word about their services while also supporting our operations during a difficult time.
The Campaign for Local Community Nonprofit Advertising Fund allows 97.9 The Hill and Chapelboro.com to give back to the community and award advertising credit to ten local nonprofit organizations. The amount of advertising awarded to each nonprofit organization will be based entirely on the amount of funds raised by October 9th, 2020.

How it Works:
1) Local nonprofit organizations applied to participate in a community vote for advertising credit starting in early August through September 4th.
2) A community vote was held from September 9th – 25th to determine which ten nonprofits would be chosen to receive advertising credit. The winners were:

EmPOWERment Inc.
Eyes Ears Nose and Paws
IFC (Inter-Faith Council for Social Service)
Meals On Wheels Durham
Paws4ever
South Orange Rescue Squad
The Community Empowerment Fund
Volunteers for Youth, Inc.
3) Every donation to the Campaign for Local Community Nonprofit Advertising Fund benefits 97.9 The Hill and Chapelboro.com as well as each of these ten local nonprofits. Please donate using the form above!
