Even a decade later, singer/songwriter Jess Klein has difficulty believing the sequence of events that brought her to Orange County. She had been looking to move on from Austin, Texas, and felt like North Carolina would be a good fit.

“Ripple, Fabric of Our Community” is a temporary, ongoing art installation co- created by Orange County artists Freddie Bell, Mer Haggerty and Carson Whitmore. The artists worked in collaboration with ArtsOrange with assistance and donations from a number of local artists and makers.
