The Ackland Art Museum is hosting an evening of Wine, Food, and Local Art this Friday, June 9, from 5-9 p.m. as part of Second Friday ArtWalk! The Underground Collective will host an Art & Craft Vendors Pop-Up featuring local Black artists, while Melanated Wine and Triple A Catering will provide a Wine Experience, with food and wine specially chosen to complement the works in The Ackland’s ongoing exhibit, “Unsettled Things: Art from an African American South.” (The wine experience is $25; everything else is free.)
