Dedicate a song and message to a teacher you know that rocks!
Our teachers deserve some special recognition for all the ways in which they have helped students and parents get through this past school year. Do you know an extra special educator that you’d like to recognize with an extra special shout-out?
97.9 The Hill’s Teachers Rock promotion, is an opportunity for parents and kids to share a message and dedicate a song to a local K-12 teacher, athletic coach, camp counselor, music instructor, or other local educator who deserves a big thank you. It’s an exciting and fun way for everyone to reach local teachers with love from their community!
Dedications and songs will air starting Monday, May 4th through Friday, May 8th. The last day to submit a dedication is May 6th, but gets yours in asap to be sure it gets played!
Every teacher who gets a dedication will receive a prize and an email notification about the dedication, including a recording of your message and song on the air! Scroll to the bottom to listen to dedications from 2025.
The prize pack will include a gift card to Jersey Mike’s or Al’s Burger Shack, Gray Squirrel Coffee Company, and a $10 gift card to Walmart provided by State Farm Agent Pam Herndon. (Walmart gifts to be picked up from Pam Herndon’s office).
