CHAPEL HILL – Chapel Hill’s Parks and Recreation department is seeking the help of volunteers to help youth with disabilities or special needs to swim.
The Adapted Recreation & Inclusion program offers classes in the summer every Wednesday beginning this week and continuing through July 24, except for July 3.
Volunteers 18 or older are invited to contact Marian Kaslovsky by emailing mkaslovsky@townofchapelhill.org or calling 919-968-2813.
It is not necessary for volunteers to have knowledge of swim training, but need to be comfortable in the water.
