The Inter-Faith Council will hold meet-and-greets with its final two candidates for executive director Thursday and Friday in Chapel Hill.

The first candidate will be available to talk with the community and answer questions from 3:45 to 5:00 Thursday afternoon. The second will be available at the same times Friday.

Both sessions will be held in the fellowship hall at United Church of Chapel Hill, located on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard near Homestead Park.

Following the meetings, a senior IFC staff member will receive feedback from those who attended. That feedback will be shared with the IFC’s search committee.

The IFC was founded in 1963 and is a non-profit, non-denominational organization that fights against poverty, homelessness and hunger in Chapel Hill and Carrboro.

The organization offers a variety of programs that provide food and housing for those in need in the community.
