Ruth Moose, on the creative writing faculty at UNC-Chapel Hill since 1996 and the author of several books of short stories and poems, with her work also published in numerous journals and magazines, about why she is happy to be teaching short fiction again this year and about her latest book of stories, “Rules and Secrets.”
