A local reporter, author and longtime community activist…the program will cover the spectrum of local and state hot topics, with the feel of friends and colleagues gathering at the water cooler to discuss the issues of the day.

 

This week the Water cooler welcomes Sharon Hirsch, Executive Director of Prevent Child Abuse-North Carolina.  Well ask Sharon just a few of the many programs her agency sponsors to help kids have great childhood experiences and help all of us spot possible abuse and report it.

 

We’ll also talk to her about the presidential race and its very real impact on kids. How can parents help kids to sort through the overheated rhetoric? Meet us at the Water cooler on Saturday at 6:00 PM
