“… Don’t give up on yourself. Don’t cut yourself short. Don’t think men can do things better,” said Burton. “Fight back, fight those barriers. I am not intimidated in the least by any man, because I’m going to push myself to learn as much as I can about this industry to help my customers and people in general.”
