Today is Thursday, February 11, 2016.  Ted Cruz gets childish with Donald Trump.  A psychology professor believes he can erase bad memories.  Cats love water.

Ted Cruz Gets Childish

Ted Cruz uses children in a new campaign commercial.  The ad is targeted at Donald Trump.

A Trump action figure is the star of the with children.

‘Look, I’ve got the Trump action figure,’ one child says in the ad.

‘No way, that’s yuuuge,’ another replies.

Asked what the doll can do, a young boy answers: “He pretends to be a Republican.”

Next the child with the action figure pretends it’s talking. “I like bailouts for the banks!” he says.  “I gave money to Pelosi, Reid, and Anthony Weiner,” the kid adds moments later.

Watch it.

Erasing Bad Memories

Imagine being able to erase your most traumatic memories. For a soldier, that would mean no longer being haunted by images from the battlefield.

Dutch psychology professor Merel Kindt has seemingly found a way to erase the emotional anxiety associated with bad memories without erasing the memories themselves.

Working with arachnophobes, she discovered that subjects who were given a new drug after being exposed to a spider were later able to handle the creatures without fear. The drug is believed to change the way a memory (in this case, terror associated with spiders) is resaved in the brain after being accessed.

It could be used to help with PTSD.

Cats Love Water

Not all cats hate water and to prove it here is a video full of cats playing in sitting in, and swimming in water.
