Executive Chef Adam Rose considers Chef Isaiah Allen to be both his right and left hand. Between the two of them, Il Palio at the Siena Hotel and all their guests are in fine hands. These guys can almost finish each others sentences, so imagine what theycan do with a pomegranate vanilla gastrique, a balsamic brown butter vinaigrette, a port wine sauce or house-smoked bacon. I know, I’m drooling.
