Donna Rhode is a change creator and fears nothing. For over a decade she created positive change at Cisco Systems by starting and building programs in many different departments. Then, going against the advice of some colleagues, Donna left Cisco to follow her passion and work with the local non-profit Futures of Kids. Then she returned to Cisco and had multiple opportunities in spite of being gone a year. Today Donna is the Program Director at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill Kenan-Flagler Business School.
