This week’s Hometown Heroes, presented by Hendrick Southpoint, are the folks behind Project Graduation! Specifically, Gillian Ederle, Anna Shohfi and Becca Gwynne, the three student co-chairs for Project Graduation!
These three students are in charge of organizing the annual graduation night (and weekend) party for Chapel Hill-Carrboro Schools. It’s a fun, and safe, event designed to celebrate seniors and provide an opportunity for graduating high schoolers to attend the largest party in town and keep well out of harm’s way. As the first Project Graduation party in years, since COVID put many wrenches in many works, there’s a special air around this year’s festivities.
