This week’s Hometown Hero, presented by Hendrick Southpoint, is Gunnar Levin.
Levin is a Chapel Hillian with Cerebral Palsy who has inspired, not just one but two life-changing non-profits. The G House is a housing community bringing people with and without disabilities together to live. It provides people with disabilities the opportunity to live with more independence than they ever have before. The G Day brings people with and without disabilities together to attend events and build community. Currently, the G House houses 5 people, 3 with disabilities with hopes to expand soon.
