Evelyn Lloyd, a long-serving commissioner for the town of Hillsborough, has served the town and its citizens since 1991. Her constant presence and advocacy for historical preservation, public health, equity and more have provided a much-needed foundation as Hillsborough continues to grow and change through the decades.
