This week’s Hometown Hero, presented by Hendrick Southpoint, is Dale Harris.
Harris is a bailiff in the Orange County Courts. He’s always good at defusing stressful situations, but he recently stepped in and saved a man’s life. After an intern had a seizure and didn’t have a pulse, several people jumped in to help, but Harris began performing chest compressions for about five minutes and revived him. In the wake of a very stressful situation, Harris reacted quickly and with professionalism. But he’s not just a Hometown Hero for his life saving actions, but for the work he does every day.
