This week’s Hometown Heroes, presented by Hendrick Southpoint, are Boykin and Greg Bell.
The Bells are very active in a lot of areas around our community. Greg is a polling site director in Orange County. Boykin is very active in social activism. They are also very active at Chapel of the Cross, Greg as a frequent volunteer there while Boykin is the director of Christian formation. They have brought music to every age group in the church, including making music videos to connect the church during the pandemic when they couldn’t meet in person. Along with being very active musically in the church, Boykin and Greg are very active in the Chapel Hill music scene, organizing festivals around our community.
