This week’s Hometown Hero, presented by the O. Max Gardner Foundation, is Amy Slaughter.
Slaughter is a realtor who works with the nonprofit Community Home Trust. Slaughter completes the home buying transaction, making sure the buyers are able to work with their lender and get their mortgages in place as well as getting the education they need in the home buying process. Many of their clients are navigating the experience for the first time and often didn’t think they’d have the chance at all so it’s especially important to have an expert like Amy Slaughter on their side.
