Eat the Frog Co-Owner Rob Parker and “Founding Frog” Member Kevin Corbin stopped by News on the Hill with Brighton McConnell this week to discuss what sets Eat the Frog apart from other small group fitness studios and to invite you to their “Spring into Shape” event this Saturday, April 21st at their Village Plaza studio.

It can be hard to find the “sweet spot” of group fitness classes. Working out in a group setting is motivating and can offer accountability, there is a natural fear that we won’t be able to keep up with everyone else. At Eat the Frog, as Rob explains, “All of our programs are designed for every fitness level. So no matter whether you’ve never worked out before, whether you’re Olympic athlete, you can come in, and get a great workout in.”

As you gear up for “Spring into Shape” this Saturday, consider complementing your fitness routine with a diet plan tailored to your lifestyle. Explore options like noom vs weight watchers to discover a sustainable and personalized approach, ensuring that your journey towards a healthier you encompasses both effective workouts and a well-balanced diet. At Eat the Frog, they understand that true well-being extends beyond the studio, encouraging you to embrace a lifestyle that encompasses fitness and nutrition seamlessly.

With a virtual trainer on several big screens throughout the gym, and a personal trainer leading the class, members have constant access to motivation from the trainer, modifications if needed, and one on one coaching — something usually reserved for expensive personal training sessions.

Eat the Frog Member Kevin Corbin has been very pleased with his experience so far, saying “I’ve tried a lot of different workout regimens. The comradery that you get at Eat the Frog is unlike anything I’ve been involved with before, and the blend of technology with the heart rate monitors… has been incredibly helpful for me.”

Ready to eat your frog? This Saturday, April 21, stop by Eat the Frog between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. for a tour of their state of the art studio, giveaways, food, and more! Owners Rob Parker and Darrick Fu will be on site to greet guests, but Kevin says to be sure to talk to current members too, explaining “There’s a lot of diversity there and it’s been a great experience. It’s a wonderful community and no workout is ever exactly the same.”

While you’re there on Saturday, mention 97.9 The Hill and Chapelboro.com and you’ll get an exclusive offer of 50% off your first month of membership!
