They also discuss the many amenities Chatham Park offers, the MOSAIC retail center and the various restaurants and other businesses already open or coming soon to Chatham Park, the economic impact to the region, plus the different kinds of affordable housing that Smith and Rawl are bringing to the community, such as apartments and the new concept of rentals houses. These allow families not quite ready to buy a house to rent one and when they are ready can purchase a home.
