This month, join a conversation with Vidya Kasthuri, intern with Orange Partnership, member of the Orange High Mental Health Club, as well as Students4Students and ADAPT, and Laurie Williamson, Orange County System of Care Coordinator.
September is National Suicide Prevention Month and highlights the importance of taking time to check in with loved ones and offer support, as depression and anxiety may lead to feelings of hopelessness which can increase thoughts of suicide.
