Scott Maitland is a “serial entrepreneur” and adjunct professor of entrepreneurship at UNC! He runs Top of the Hill Distillery, the only organic and all-local distillery in the South, where he lead the charge to “free the mimosa” and pass the “Brunch Bill” in Chapel Hill!
