Trending today: a piece in the Wall Street Journal (which Victor definitely pays for!) on how more businesses are trying to avoid rising credit-card transaction fees by offering discounts for customers who pay in cash. (Why do we always think of the transaction fee as applying to the business, but the sales tax as applying to the customer? It could just as easily be the other way around.) Also, Victor is extremely rich.
