Trending today: Victor dives into some interesting data on our sushi-buying habits – specifically how much we buy (it’s a lot!) at grocery stores. Apparently, Americans purchase 43.7 million servings of sushi in supermarkets every year, with Kroger the leading retailer. Compare that to about 238 million servings a year that get sold in restaurants. We buy a lot more supermarket sushi than you’d think.
