Trending today: Victor is surprised by data showing only 12 percent of U.S. restaurants serve “Asian” food – and only 7 percent of those are Indian. (Apparently, there are just as many Indian restaurants as Vietnamese restaurants in America.) Why the low percentage? Aaron thinks it might be because there aren’t any Indian fast food chains – at least not yet. Also, Victor discusses a study finding that QR-code menus at restaurants, while increasingly ubiquitous, are very rarely actually used.
