Trending today: “100% Fish,” a new waste-reduction initiative in Iceland to use 100 percent of every fish caught – up from about 43 percent in the past. It’s been very successful, funding research to get up to 95 percent so far – but all of this is really just an excuse for Victor to wax poetic about Iceland, a country he visited once a few years ago and fell in love with and now will not stop talking about no matter how much we beg him and beg him.
