Election Day is November 3 in this critical 2026 midterm, and local advocates are ramping up their get-out-the-vote efforts. Aaron is joined by Mary Friday Leadbetter and Laurie Goldwasser, who have launched an effort called “We The People” on 97.9 The Hill with testimonials from local leaders about what’s motivating them to cast their ballots this year. They strongly encourage folks to make a plan to vote by checking their voter registration, bringing their ID, and remembering to check both sides of the ballot when voting. Early voting starts on October 15th, and election day on Nov 3.
