Excitement is building in Orange County over an upcoming major art festival: the Uproar Festival of Public Art! From July 14 through August 12, about 60 large-scale artworks will be installed all over Chapel Hill, Carrboro and Hillsborough, featuring local artists as well as artists from around the country. Aaron chats with Katie Murray of the Orange County Arts Commission about the festival, the inspiration, the work that’s going into it, and what the experience will be like for folks in Orange County this summer.
