Today, Aaron chats with Kelsey Brookes, a former CDC biochemist turned visual artist whose paintings incorporate mathematical and scientific concepts. His painting “One Pointed Attention 2” is on display at the Ackland Art Museum – and on Friday he’ll be at the Ackland, speaking with composer Allen Anderson about how art and music intersect with science and math (and how science and math intersect with art and music). Friday’s talk begins at 3:30; it’s part of the monthlong North Carolina Science Festival.
Conversation presented by the Ackland Art Museum. For more information on Friday’s talk, click here.
