Launching a new arts-and-culture feature, Aaron chats with local author Peaches Kawamata, whose new book “Naked in the Dining Room” explores her dual careers as a restaurant worker and a stripper — and the similarities between the two. (Both can be exploitative and there’s a prevalent culture of sexism, but the comparison can also be positive: they’re both about customer service, identifying people’s needs and working with them to reach fulfillment.)
