Today, Aaron is joined by Piedmont Laureate Dasan Ahanu, who’s hosting a “Letter from Poetry Slam” next Wednesday, April 19, from 7:00-8:30 p.m. at the Eno Arts Mill Gallery in Hillsborough. The event marks the 60th anniversary of Dr. Martin Luther King’s famed Letter from Birmingham Jail, a powerful call to action in the face of injustice.
