Saturday, June 24, is Historic Hillsborough Excursion Day, with free family-friendly events from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at numerous historic sites in town.

In conjunction with the event, the Orange County Historical Museum is offering two programs: a “Ghosts of Hillsborough” tour from 1:00-2:30 at the Old Town Cemetery, and a trip to Yonder Southern Cocktails and Brew at 5:00 for a taste of colonial-era cocktails. (Yep, both events revolve around “spirits.”)
