A recent State Supreme Court ruling has again thrown open the door to widespread partisan gerrymandering in North Carolina. What might that mean for state government, and what can residents do about it? Aaron chats with Asher Hildebrand of Duke’s Sanford School of Public Policy – who’s also speaking Thursday evening at a virtual talk on citizen initiatives, hosted by the League of Women Voters of Orange, Durham, and Chatham Counties.
